Saw LOTS of hens moving last couple a days feeding while out prospecting Trees to cut TIPI poles. Plenty of longbeards left for next year and this property always has a steady supply of up and coming Jakes.

I sure hope there are a couple really short people like Garden Gnome Bernie in the "Infamous Pool" cause them top bunks look to be about 2' from the ceiling...I'd sit up and be like Lurch in that one Bond moving with his head out the skylight! Ouch...

Yeah, I read the report of this year's hunt so I know, but they surely do improve the scenery over them other ugly mugs Bernie posted!  

Yep - like I said, it's a purty place to be - LOL (the Battens attract good looking women - I'm not so sure about any of the rest of us). Oh, and never, ever sit up in a bunk bed, Doc, no matter which one it is. It's like NEVER, EVER play leap frog with a Unicorn! It just doesn't pay!

Looking forward to it also Cory, and thank you on the WBCalls. They are fun to do - and satisfying, (though I haven't done any since that last St. Jude Hunt, that I recall.) I recall someone saying that was too much turkey for a little guy to eat - LOL but when Rose makes Turkey soup (which is how she likes it), it goes down soooooooooooooo eas-sy. Almost as good as your Alligator Stew (and other Master Chef eats), buddy. Looking forward to that again too - LOL.

I also appreciate what Doug told Don and would love to shake his hand too for all the work he has done for St. Jude - plus He's got the right idea about Cory's cooking. Take a sneak-peak:

Sure, Johnny Boy, not a problem - Uh - but the "vigorish' may be a little hard on youse. (Hey, I gotta start savin' for next years St. Jude Items that I pick up throughout the year, ya know.)    

This farm is a great place to take a nice gobbler. My 7 yr old grandson got his first this year right where I'm gonna put the winner at next year.

Those are some *nice* birds Batman!  He musta had a good guide.
