Super D is in da house!

62", 47#s at 25 1/2". Just went shoot it for lunch and OMGosh ...... I LIKE IT A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On my way to becoming a one bow man!

Cocobolo riser with REALLY beautiful yew veneers, bamboo core, bighorn sheep tips, and an alligator hide grip that I had Dan use.

Sorry it's only from my I-Phone

Now to choose wood arrows, match a knife and accent a sheath and quiver with the alligator hide I have left.

Almost a shame to bloody it .....  NOOOOOOOOT!!!!!

A matching Classic Whip is calling my name, let's see what I can sell!   ;)

I can't express how satisified I am with the bow.  The thing about Toelkes is that they shoot better than they look.  I like pretty bows as much as anyone else, but I LOVE bows that SHOOT!  It may look like I blinged it up a little, but not at the sacrifice of performance.  That yew was used for a reason as well as the length maximizes performance based on my short draw.

I had a guy shoot it with a 28" DL this afternoon and he swore to me the bow was mismarked in poundage.  VERY smooooooooth!

That is some extraordinary Yew Fred and the rest of it ain't half bad either. I'm looking forward to seeing it next week-end at the "Real Thing" in Baton Rouge.

The pics don't begin to go it justice, and the bighorn tips, now that's a little added bonus I'll tell you. Once that yew gets some age on it Jim, it will be amazing.

I'll post some pics side by side.

I have a Whip HS,Lynx and now beginning to think about a Super D. where will it end. LOL

Just finished shooting a little this afternoon and broke an arrow.  I know better than to shoot more than one arrow at a time when I have a Toelke in my hand!  It was worth it to see the group though!

Can't beat the confidence you get when you break some arrows.
