tabs are all I use.  You have your bare fingers to handle what ever and they easily fall into place for the shot...

I always shoot a tab.  Tried the glove and I find I don't get as a consistent release.

I shoot a hair tab and replace them when needed.  I shoot in the high 40#s and I find it just fine.  If I shot more poundage, I'd definitely look at the Black Widow tabs.  They are thicker.

I don't bowhunt elk because my bows are too light in poundage, but if I had bows big enough in poudnage to hunt elk, I wouldn't hesitate one bit to hunt them with a tab.

Yep, just bring a broken in spare.  I have been known to lose one occasionally in the mountains.

I shoot the BW tab currently, but have shot about every variety over the years.  ABS makes some good ones as well.

I have never Elk hunted, but I use a tab for everything now. I find I get a better release and feel the string more with a tab than I did with a glove.

I use a tab nearly always but I use my glove now and then for a day or so just so I can keep the feel of it.  One never knows when one might end up somewhere with only a glove handy and no tab. I always have a spare tab in my haversack and usually stick a glove somewhere handy also.
I make my own tabs from a pattern I've adapted over time but if I use a commercial tab I prefer a BW.
There's no noisy Velcro fasteners to mess with either!!!! I know not all gloves use Velcro but a large majority that I've been around do so.

I've used a Martin Super Mitt for years. In fact I have 3 un-used ones, just waitin for my orginal to wear out...

I wont be shooting with anything else, except maybe a thumb ring.

Roadkill

I make my own widow style.  Everything tab!  It hangs on the leather string, binos, lunch, grabbing another arrow or pocket knife are all done with no thought.  I often get back in the truck with it still on.  Yep, can use it with gloves when cold, too.
Gave up mt glove 40 years ago (still have it).
Cast a long shadow-you may provide shade to someone who needs it.  Semper Fi
