I did a little prep for our turkey opener on the 14th. Feeling a bit of pressure, only have the opener, then the wife and I head to Puerto Rico for a week.
Really want to use my new hummingbird but at 62" I hit the blind ever couple shots. I swapped to my Bear TD with the short limbs and it came together. This was at 18 yds

Don't laugh at my target either.

Nice Shooting and your Turkey looks better than the one I traced out a few weeks ago... Good Luck

I was hoping that nice looking golden retriever wasn't your target.     :knothead:

After scrolling down more, I see your nice looking turkey.  I agree that guy has huge spurs!

You don't want to make that turkey mad with spurs like that. OUCH!

I am holding out for a huge bird..... not !

For the record my Hummingbird is by far my more accurate bow but the shorter bow does better out of the blind

Good luck when you get out, turkey hunting is so fun.

Three Finger

Big spur bird. You can draw way better than me. Good shooting.

The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Just don't shoot a real turkey where your group is in the last picture. Nice shooting, though.

No laughing at the target here. I've got the same one in my backyard. Based on spur length my target would get whupped
