GREAT day at a local 3d shoot!!!!

this morning i went to a 3d shoot with Ron W, Kat and CylicRivers and had a GREAT time!! as a matter of fact Ron, Charlie and myself shot personal best's for the course! ole Thorny well was ole Thorny and kicked butt as usual. really want to thank him again for all the help he has gave me with shooting. just a great morning to be alive and well with bow in hand among good friends!!
I go by many names but Daddy is my favorite!

I was happy not to walk away saying "well it was fun anyways"   :deadhorse:  

I had a lucky shot at the 80 yard bear but missed a 5 yard red fox.  Go figure.

LOL!!!!!! it was a really nice shoot and the targets were very close which i like but i know Thorny HATES!!! next week there is a shoot at Vernon but not sure if i'll make it or go stump shooting.

Fantastic day. It's a lot of fun when everybody in the group shoots well.

I had a good day....I shot a bow that I almost put on the classifieds 2 weeks ago, a Crooked Stick. I'm glad I didn't send it down the road, 43# @ 28" 62" long, shooting 2114 XX75 with 125 up front. I may have found a bow just for working on form and 3/D's. Great shoot and a fine Cheese burger at the end........A fine way to spend a mourning!
