Get in shape.  Really. The altitude can kick lowlanders butts.  Getting in shape helps overcome the lag and can make the first days more enjoyable

good luck! bears kinda scare me lol, like land sharks! Im the kinda guy who sees a bear and goes the other way, I feel like they will attack me lol
