If so, tell us about it...
What makes it special?

Never question a man's choice in bows or the quality of an animal he kills.  He is the only one who has to be satisfied with either of those choices.

I wood have to say my Hoyt Buffalo! Can't tell you what makes it special except it is set up and fits me perfectly!! A go to bow for me is one that you hunt with because you owe it to the animal and yourself to hit where your looking with maximum confidence and my Buff does that for me! Now I feel good about my other bows especially my HOOTS but I guess the weight of the metal rise just exceeds everything else. I loved it so much that when I sold it, like an idiot, I purchased it back a month later before it was gone forever, I know, its a simple production bow but dang it shot good!! The only other bow that seems to compare to it is a 3pc T/D Lee Hoots built many moons ago before his new design. It is also a 60" recurve which seems to be my favorites.

Flying Dutchman

My Cari-bow Peregrine. Smoking arrow fast, silkin' sweet draw, very forgiving, deadly accurate, death in the hand, silent, gorgeous looking, ultimate craftmanship.

That's all....
It don't mean a thing if it ain't got that string! [/i]

Mine is a Quinn Stallion, #50@28,60". Killed a ton of game, shoot it better than custom bows I had, and smooth as silk, just hits where I look, makes me look like a better shot than I am.

SCATTERSHOT

62" Pronghorn T/D. 52#@28". Beautiful bow, shoots where I look (most of the time, LOL) and the grip feels like the hand of a friend whenever I pick it up.

Thunder Stick MOAB for me....well two MOABs. Both 60", one is 55#@28" and the other is 54#@28". Shoot and feel the same. Grip is just right and they are stable with good speed.
Bought a MOAB on the classifieds years ago, 49#@28" and shot a deer with it the day after I got it. Let it go, but grabbed up another one last year and ordered it a "twin" the next day! Hope to get another one in a 2 pc. take-down sometime soon.

No!... I have one wife and ten bows... But then, I dig my "new-to-me" Kanati as the Go To bow for this season.

Mine's an ACS, no wait, a Bear T/D. No, a Robertson longbow.  No, a  Hill.  No a Liberty. No, my selfbows.  Ah what the hey, they're all my go to bows.

Bigriver

Yep, my default setting is always my Bigriver t/d longbow, It happens to be one of the ugliest bows I have ever seen, plain & ugly. But I always shoot it the best.
