Hey Gang,

Started shooting again recenty and I have really taken a liking to an older 68" Dryad Orion TD longbow I picked up a couple years ago. The draw is sooo smooth with this bow and it really zips an arrow. I was hoping to find another 3pc longbow with even longer limbs, but most I have been able to find have been in the 62"-66" range. I'm 6'-4" with long knuckle dragger arms. Anyone making a bow that I'll have to pay double over regular length strings to cover excesss material costs?

ETA... Just read up on newer static tip recurve designs and now have about 2 weeks of "search" reading to do too!!!

THANKS in advance!!!      :archer2:

Steve Turay (northern mist) will make his three piece "witbeck" in the length your looking for.  I shoot a 70" whitbeck 73lbs @32" I love shooting long longbows your absolutly right smooth draw and the long limbs really zip a heavy arrow

An A&H ACS with long limbs and a 16-inch riser will make into a 68-inch hybrid bow.  Very nice -- smooth, fast and forgiving.

Any and all other recommendations welcome as well!

J.T., I hear ya... I can't believe how much a couple extra inches in bow length made for my shooting!!!
