I have in my possession Surewood shafts, one dozen each, in 110/115#, 125/130#, 130-140#! These are 23/64" Premiums full length. If you shoot a heavy bow, as some of you do, and would like some outstanding heavy spined arrows these are for you. I can back taper them also. You just don't find shafts like these but once in a great while. If you shoot a 80#+ bow and want to shoot a heavy point these will allow you to do that. If interested head over to the Sponsor's Classifieds for more details.

These are "manly shafts"! haha  I spoke with a guy who shoots a longbow that is 102#! He was looking for some shafts like these. But unfortunately I misplaced his contact info. Hoping he would see this and respond.  I know other guys who shoot this types of weights and just wanted to give them the same opportunity. It's not everyday you come by these types of wood shafts. By putting a back taper down to 5/16" these would be great arrows for a heavy bow!

What is the static deflection of those 130#+ shafts?

Wow, that has got to be some awesome wood.  Those things would be fun to play with.

I made some shafts out of teak last year, and most were in the 80-100# range and raw weight was well over 750 grains.  I got rid of most of them to the guys who really like a heavy wood arrow.  I did make 3 up and the finished weight was nearing 1000 grains with a 125 grain head.
