Kirk, that looks like a dandy!  I'm impressed ... again.
Do or do not ... there is no "try"

my friend has a 30 inch draw and has a 68 inch hill ilet him shoot my 70 " hill he said hey i dont feel finger pinch with your bow and it feels lighter!it was 5 lbs heavier at his draw .nothing new here its all been worked out probably thousands of yrs ago.the other ephiphany is the bow too heavy to shoot i fell for that one myself.there are a lot of nice hybrids out there that would work great imho

There absolutely no reason in the world to have finger pinch at 30" on a 68" bow.....

Its not exactly a Hill Style Bow. But here is a link to my 61 Inch tip-to-tip Red Chavez Bitteroot Longbow. 62#@28. ( 59 inch string groove to string groove) Draws smooth as butter, no stacking that I can feel.

Riley,  That is a good looking bow there.    I'd love to see a picture of that one at full draw.

Judging from the looks of those limbs and the location of the working portion, I'll bet that thing really smokes an arrow too.   :clapper:

Best regards

I would give Jd Berry a call and get a vixen. Its an American longbow. Very smoooooooth and the best craftsmanship bare none.
