The Wyoming draw results are out this morning how did everyone fare? My two buddies and I drew Unit 38, type 9 tags with max points!!! Can't wait for September!!!   Hope everyone scored the tags they were looking for!
To me, the ultimate challenge in bowhunting is not how far away you can succesfully make a killing shot but rather how close you can get to the animal before shooting.

Thanks Randy!  I plan to hunt hard and take off as many days from work as I can possibly get away with.
I am surprised no one else has chimed in regarding their draw results. Surely I am not the only NR here to apply in Wyoming???

I drew a GEN tag. Off to No-Name Mt. YEE-HA!!
Bragging may not bring happiness,
but no man having caught a large fish, goes home through the alley.

Stone Sheep

I drew a general elk tag. There is nothing like September in the back country.

I drew Unit 7 with max points. Good luck to everybody! Last year I didn't go elk hunting for the 1st time in 10 years and I missed it so much. Can't wait to get back to those Rocky Mtns. and screaming Bulls.
