I am looking for ideas of how to make a quiver for my self. I would like to make something for 3d shoots and some stump shooting. Any ideas would be great. If  I can't make something guess I'll buy a nice leather hip quiver.  Mike

You guys have made some really nice stuff.  For you plains style quiver guys, how do you remove a broadhead from the quiver without it catching on the soft leather?  I like that style of quiver (I have one) but I find it pretty aggravating to struggle to get a broadhead out.

Great quivers guys and gals.  Killey:  That Morrison is the most beautiful bow I have ever seen.  Every time I look at it I can only wish...

My two year old had to model.

I really like yours Swamp Yankee!! The one on the top left cost me about $5 to make. I make them out of old printers blankets, way cheaper than leather(free).

Here is one that I made about a month ago.

Chris,
Where do you get the Printing blankets?

I actually work at a print shop, so when we smash one I just clean it up good leave outside for a while to get rid of the chemical smell.  The press I work on has blankets' roughly 28" x 40" so a guy can make a couple of quivers out of one.  I just roll it to what size I want fasten it together, add a wood stopper to the bottom.  If I have an old piece of camo laying around I'll use that to cover the tube.  I had a old wool blanket laying around so I used that this time.  There's a couple guys on utube who make them out of pvc, but I like the printing blankets cause it's just like working with heavy leather, flexable and light.  I'm sure any print shop would be more than happy to give you their old blankets, cause they just go into the landfill.

One I made for my wife just to target shoot in the backyard.

This one I made for a contest on another site.

Here's a back quiver I made several years. I made the arrows as well and that's the first bow I ever made.  All home made equipment here.

Hatrick, You should be proud, I would sleep with those arrows, they are sooooo sweet!

Here is one I made following The Quiver made in the How-To section.  Turned out pretty good and works great.
