Ray,
I have a GN adaptor.  The problem with it is it straps on the same angle as your lower limb which makes the light angle down.  You could shim up the adaptor to bring the light beam up but that just makes the whole setup more bulky...but it would surely work.

I drilled in my adaptor parallel to my arrow shaft so the light is pointing at the intended target.  I have a few extra bows so I'm not worried about altering a couple  :)

Hey Jeff, Is there an audible click on the switch?  I though in on of the video's on the sight I could hear it as the turned it on and off.

My little bowlight I made, has a silent push button switch, and even though I've killed 3 hogs using it, I would like to have a bit brighter light.

I have another more powerful light that I could make into a kick-butt bow light, but it has an audible click that I'm afraid they might hear...

I suppose if in a stand, and they were crunching corn they wouldn't hear it. But if sneaking in on something close in the dark, they would hear it??

I also use a light at night for hogs and bow fishing with my longbow and curve. I use a stabalight. I place the pressur pad on the grip. Grip the bow, light comes on, pick a spot = great times and lots to eat.  :archer2:

Curt,

The switches are two stage...

1) Light pressure turns on the light with No Sound but you need to keep the light pressure on.

2) Push it all the way in to keep the light stays on by itself, there is a slight click sound doing that.

There are two switches for low & high intense light.  These lights are as bright as any I've seen.  At Least equal to my Wensel ones.  The red light is amazingly bright. I bought the package deal with two lights...red bow mount mini sniper & white regular mini sniper.  The finger switch on the bow mount is interchangeable with the regular mini sniper flashlight.

I had a jerry rigged (actually Jeffrey Rigged) light on my bow before and this set up blows it away...Jeff

Looks like I'll be drilling a hole in one of my bows  :knothead:

Great idea...like how you mounted the flashlights.

If you notice in my pic , there is a strap on adapter that has a rubber wedge to match the angle of the lower limb and give a 90 degree beam from the sight window of the bow. It's the exact same light as whip's. great light. comes with two batteries, charger, and two switches.
