Jack Kempf Raven Recurve -- New Pics Posted!!

Now that i have had my new Raven for a month. Wanted to give a report.This bow at 56 inches has no hand shock, whisper quiet,fast,no finger pinch. My KWYK STYK has been the recurve for me for 4 years. IMO this Raven is the ultimate hunting bow for me. The string on the Ravens static limb does not lay on the limb as much as it does on the KWYK STYK. FYI. The riser is same lenght as my 56 inch KWYK STYK 13 inches. My KS is 56 inches tip to tip but the Raven is 53 inches tip to tip this is both strung. It draws butter smooth with no finger pinch what so ever even at this lenght. Must be the static limbs.

Anyone thinking of getting a bow from Jack,should take a good long look at his new Raven Recurve with static limbs.

It is a hunters bow! IMO,

Thanks Sergio, I never get tired of looking at that bow. Can't wait to get mine to look at daily. I need to still get with you on those antler bolts.

Serg's bow with a Bacote flare in the riser...and crazy,highly figured Bacote veneers on the limbs...both recurve and longbow....

My KS is 53 pounds at 27' and Raven is 50 pounds at 27'

Matt , the wood is Plain Ebony with a 1/4" black phenolic Reinforcement beam thru the riser.
These Ravens really perform !
