Ok, I bought some Treesharks, the wheelie sharpener and the half-round file. can someone help me with instructions and/or pics on how to use that file?

The half round side of the file is used to cope with the curved edge of the broadhead.  Since you have the wheelie ... just use that and finish it with a crock stick if needed.
