"Camaraderie"

It was cold and grey
As the night drew down
A cozy warm campfire's
Where we gathered round
Swapping tall tales
Of the one that got away
From a past distant hunt,
Or perhaps one from this day
The laughter would roll
The flames would burn bright
A circle of friendship
Revealed by the fires light
Now the embers have formed
The fire has burned low
The tired and weary hunters
Know the time has come to go
But they go with happy hearts
Each with a smile upon his face
For they carry great memories
And friendships from this place.............TW

Randy, I'm working on it. The wife is pushing me to get enough together. I was thinking of just a small pocket book to while away the time when stand hunting or lazing around the camp. Never thought of doing something like this with all my writing. Wish I'd thought of it years ago before I lost a bunch of them.   :rolleyes:
