I got some Cocobolo at Woodcraft a couple of months ago but it didn't have that sweet grain.  It was 30 or 35 dollars for a 1 inch thick, 3 inch wide, 24 inch long. But thats enough to get at least two longbow risers out of it.

I shot a 66" drifter before and I can say he's right. picture the smoothness of a 66" longbow with the cast of a recurve..

anyway this bow is going to be sweet looking!

Cocobolo with yew limbs is my favorite combo    :bigsmyl:  Had Dave make me one a few years back!!

David,the problem is maybe Dave,he doesn't want to part with the bow he made,so he keeps them for quite a few time!  :biglaugh:
