Chad, I love the grey glass. Keep up the good work  :)

I agree David.  Steve Turay and I visit all the time and had the same discussion.  I have also noticed that the younger guys tend to think the thumbrest is way cool and the way to go whereas the old farts tend to think it looks like a "wart" on the side of the bow. LOL  Room for all of us I guess.

Thanks for the comments guys.  I think a lot of people think the gray is interresting or neat but when it comes right down to purchasing they would go with clear or a darker colored glass.  I will bring that bow along to KZOO if anyone wants to look at it up close.

As stated, there isn't too many riser woods that would go with it.  It would have to have some red in it, I would think.  Cocobolo, Bubinga, purpleheart, Kingwood would work and as an after thought, black ebony would be cool.

I'll keep a few pieces or Gray in stock for special orders.  Thanks,  Chad

I think it would look cool with silver tone dymond wood, green hornet spectra ply, or ebony.  Gray happens to be my favorite color, so I like it.  Where in the heck do you get different colors of glass?

Hec, I like it! My favorites in order: Black Glass, Brown Glass, Green Glass, and now Grey Glass.

It is interesting Chad, but darker, like the '62 Kodiak and Kodiak Magnum would look much more Retro. I do like the Gray used in accents though. Like tip overlays and Riser accents. Looking forward to chatting again at Kazoo.

I still hunt aspen and poplar, it would be great, blend right in. I'll be up to look at one soon.

I think it looks super sweet, I saw one at a shoot last year. Really looks good with a dark riser wood. Gray is as natural color as brown in the woods I hunt.

Same color as the beech tree in this neck of the woods.......should blend right in!!
