QuoteAlso, I read somewhere you got a Blacktail - or two...could I see the pics. I really like their bows, just out of my price though.
You are welcome to shoot mine in 2-3 months.

QuoteMikeW - you ever go over to that archery shop on Beltline east of Jupiter? Nice little indoor range. Air conditioned too!
Shopped there many of times but never used the range. I live about a mile from the place.

I was looking into the club Nakohe posted, I noticed they also have land members can hunt on near Jacksboro as a guest for $25. I wonder what that is like?
Time is a great teacher, but unfortunately it kills all its pupils.

MikeW, sent you a PM, would love too....raising a youngin and just cant afford it one right now. At 27 though, I am learning to appreciate the finer things in life, and Blacktails are one of those finer things.    :notworthy:    :notworthy:

I'll be in Texas (Richardson) for 2 weeks soon.  Sure wish I could shoot or hunt something while I was there, but I don't want the hassle of transporting a bow on an airplane for a weekend hunt.

Any Traditional Archery must see's while I'm there?

loco_cacahuate

Here's another place to shoot in DFW, I was a memeber of this club when I lived up there.

QuoteI am from West,Texas. A town north of Waco about 15 miles.
I upgraded the cable system there about 3 yrs ago. All I remember is the wind blew like hell the whole time and there was some killer German food to be had.
Time is a great teacher, but unfortunately it kills all its pupils.
