I like the way shields look more. Just personal preference for me.

I use both. They seem to shoot the same.
Shield will hit my knuckle when I shoot my low shelf PLGA.
I think the shields look a little better.

Shield cut are more traditional looking, and I do like them. That being said all but one of my arrows are fletched with parabolic. This was due to that is what I had at hand in the colors I wanted. As it has already been said it is just a personal preference.
People need to get a life. That dose not mean to take someone else's, or to make one they can't support.

If you fish and hunt only to catch or kill something. You have MISSED THE POINT COMPLETELY.

Encino Man

Simply like the look of shield cut better. I've been told that shield are noisier but I haven't noticed.

Shield on my Woodies and parabolics on my Target arrows.

Parabolic for me.It's what I've always used and I figure if it ain't broke.......

gringol

Shields and parabolics are faster and quieter than traditional cut feathers.  Sheilds for me because I have a shield feather chopper.

I like parabolics on my target arrows, they seem to hold up better when i hit them with another arrow. The shield cut look better. But i also like to have a few banna;s ,i think they look cool and they fly really straight up tp 30 yrds.I would only put sheild cut on wood arrows. Trueflight says they can find NO difference in performace between parabolic and shield cut, but i think the parabolic are faster and straighter ??
