I just got some Gamegetters. I opened the insert package and stuck one in the shaft. It doesn`t seem to get all the way in the shaft. I didn`t want to force it,being I know it has to be glued in. Are they supposed to be quite tight?

I've always found inserts in aluminum shafts to have a snug fit.  It helps if you ream the opening to put a slight bevel on it before you try to put the insert in.

I found it also helps to heat the shaft. The heat causes the shaft to expand slightly and the insert goes in easier.

Night Wing

Ream the opening and that should make the insert easier to fit.
