Does anyone know how to remove the white writing on leather? I bought some scraps and am making an armguard. I have a small section on the corner that has the writing on it. Hopefully this is not indelible.

The writing I have seen in the past was done with chalk, and washed off with a damp cloth.

If you use too much water, you are liable to stain the leather, so in that case just get the whole piece wet the same amount so when it dries it all dries the same color.

Show us a picture when you are finished!

It wears off by itself as well, they always mark up a hide. I think it would go away by putting any conditioner on it as well

Depends on what was used to write on it, need a little more info and/or a pic

Here is the armguard now, just need some antler for the buttons, would like to use bison horn, but antler would work well too. Does anyone have any available for trade?
