Hard to imagine that the particular skinnies you shoot won't be felt in most gloves.

all my strings, no matter what the strand count, have the same final center serving diameter.  

I shoot a Super Glove by AlaskanBowhunitng BUT..... I turn It inside out and cut the leather out under the thin cordovan Faces, so basically my finger stalls are thin slick cordovan string side. It's slick.. Plus I also cut tips of glove off so I can feel my finger tips on my face.

While your response that your center servings are the same count is undoutably true, none of my various knocks would accomodate Magua. I ended up utilizing the boiling water method
to tighten them down.

I went thru several gloves and tabs to find one that would have mercy on these tender fingers. I too shoot skinnies and am able to discern a significant difference when shooting your skinnies on Magua. Perhaps the my discernment was more evident since I shoot off the finger tips.

X3 on the 3 rivers dura glove. $25, wears well and good feel of the string.

I was a Damascus guy for years.  No going back now.  Thin, durable, and sooo fast on release!

I like the Dura-Glove they give me a good feel of the string. I can't shoot with a heavy glove.

Rob, the neet caif hair gloves are available from Rick Welch on his site. I use to use the damascus but they will wear a groove in them after alot of shooting. the hair gloves will just wear the hair off. I bought 20 of them and they are as good as I've seen. Don

are the tips soft and supple?  as with a thin tab, i wanna feel the string ....

Been making my own gloves for the past several years out of used wallets and purses.  Fossil brand seems to have the best leather.  Light and extremely durable.  Absolutely no wear after thousands of shots.  I put the back of the glove leather finished side against the back of my hand to keep sweat from penetrating the leather and use poly strapping for the wrist band since that has always been the first part of the glove to fail for me.  Buy small buckles from Tandy's.  I sew them up on my regular sewing machine start to finish in less than an hour.

Damascus or a Batters glove!!

I second the golf glove if you like a thin glove.

I normally shoot a tab, but wanted to try gloves a while back.  I like to feel the string when I shoot and after trying several gloves the Deerskin Glove from 3 Rivers is the only one that I still have around. Part # 4425X

I have been using Damascus gloves for a long, long time. I just bought several replacements and I noticed they are now being made in Pakistan. The leather is much thinner than what I was used to. NO problem feeling the string!!! In fact, I wonder if it is "too much of a good thing"....  Be well.

Yes, the Neet calf hair tips are thin, soft, supple leather, and are slick even with the hair worn off. With the hair worn, the tips feel slightly thinner than a worn damascus.  The tips wrap over the finger pads to the finger nail side, are semi-open because the wrap-over is cut more narrow, and do not have a sewn hem at the end of the tips like the damascus-type.  NEET's non-calf-hair has thicker leather stalls. The Neet Calf hair glove I had was nice. In my ignorance, the calf hair had been removed w/i one week, so I had deemed it unuseable and discarded it.

There was much more supple string feel, to me personally, than the damscus.
