I just picked up a  mountain ash Ancient Spirits its a 56" bow and am looking for info on the brace hight. I did a search and seen the history of these bows. I am not wanting to bring any of that up. I also read that a lot of people like the bows. I also was using Stu Millers Dynamic Spine Calculator but the mountain ash is not listed. There was another Ancient spirits started with a C.? Should I use it while using the calculator or the generic R/D longbow? Specs on bow are 56" 64#@28"

Dont know the bow, but if you shoot wood at a true 28" I would get 75-80# spine shafts with 135gr zwickey up front.
