Great looking, great shooting bows. Tremendous customer service. I currently own 3. A standard, an Sxt and a ZSR(My favorite) with Evolution limbs, bamboo cores. Looking forward to trying Bill's new longbow design at KaZoo. I shoot a lot, and hunt a fair amount, and the finish holds up extremely well. Bill is always working to improve and refine his bows. You can't go wrong with a Zipper.

I'm intrigued by these bows as well. Is there a noticeable difference between the longbow and recurve limbs? I like what TJ said about the shootability of these bows. I also like a very quiet bow. Are the recurve limbs louder than the longbow?

GRINCH

Very good customer service, bows are very high quality,Bill and Tracy are extremely easy to deal with, what more can you ask.

Looper, they are a touch louder than Bill's long bow limbs but that is the nature of the beast. Compared to other recurves they are as quiet as any I have ever shot. Don't get me wrong. They aren't much at all louder than the LB's though.

You can find a bunch of bows made today that will shoot good while using perfect form on a target range. But I use my bows as hunting tools and the way I measure a great bow is how well it shoots as you hold it at different angles and positions as a hunter has to do sometimes to get that shot. You can hold a zipper with the pressure anywhere in the grip and it will still shoot a straight arrow.

With all things considered they are in the top two of all the bows I have ever shot. A bow is a personal choice as folks like different things cosmetically but as far as shootability and performance which don't change from shooter to shooter they get no better than a Zipper.
A huge DITTO on that.

They are truly excellent bows! AND the customer service is second to none!

Which would you fellers recommend for a 31" draw? I was thinking about the ZSR or the SXT with the 62" recurve limbs.

I wanted to Hate the bows badly as I think bulky 3 piece risers are Tacky but......

I shot Ron W.'s Not only was it easy on the eyes but the first time I shot it, all arrows Stacked nicely in the 10 ring! Again on the second try and 3rd. That is all I needed to know. If I ever get a 3 piece I know what I would want!

I dont know Bill personally but he has always been professional and very nice through messages.
Relax,

Just received a new Zipper longbow extreme riser, carbon foam limbs. This bow is extremely user friendly! I had bonded with the bow in about twenty minutes and was shooting it like I had it for years. 51#@26" 650 gr. trad. arrowdynamics. Have not chrono'd but it is fast and forgiving. The grip is a delight, can't wait to try a set of recurve limbs with it! If I can figure out how to post picts. in the future I will,it is a thing of purty! Also I donot find this riser bulky, actually average to slim, perfect!

Great bows, now I just need to get ahold of one of their ILF risers! Shawn
