A couple of weeks ago my 10 year old daughter Mattie and I are in a tree stand together. She's got ASAT camo and I have Preadtor Fall Gray. Along come a doe and 2 fawns. I saw them quite aways off and told Mattie to not move because some deer are comeing. The doe gives us the look a few times and I sure were busted but she keep coming. I end up shooting the doe on a hard quarting away shot. Bottom line as far as I'm concerned is movement gives us away most of the time.

Plaid wool or just wool works better than anything Ive seen. I dont know what it is about that stuff but it works great!

ASAT I hunt hard hunted public land on the ground and beleive me the deer are educated to all the tricks but they walk right up on me in  ASAT

Whats on sale. Can't stand wool Way too itchy to me. Flannel shirts are good. Dikies carpenter pants in green or tan. But have to have a face mask and cheap black or brown cotton gloves.
You can hop but you can't hide.
If it was not for rabbits I would never get a buck.

Predator camo has always been my favorite. Love the fall gray when the leaves are off. Have had many deer look at me with it on and never spook.

I have used mossy oak for years, but switched over to predator camo, couple years ago when wearing it and sitting on the ground of a field for a break, 10 turkeys walked by within 10 yards and didn't know I was there.  This year wore my ASAT and have had deer look right through me and not even give a hint they thought I was there.  I love wool, but the stickweed pods don't (hate them).  I have Teresa ASbell making me one in the evening green, will let you know how it is.  I am a firm believer that for whitetail deer plaids work as good as anything.  Just wish could find a good set of trousers.

My favorite camo is whatever is on clearance at Rural King after deer season. I'm not real picky as long as it breaks up my outline and gives me a sense of concealment. The first two deer I ever killed with a bow I was wearing a red checkered flannel shirt and faded treebark camo pants so I don't worry too much about what pattern or company makes my camo as long as it's cheap.  :D

TwoTracks custom wool camo! Predator, Mirage Leafy and ASAT are good also.
