NO DOUBT...but then again I am still after my first trad deer, but I don't think I'd pass regardless

no, not if there are older deer around, but thats just me.( he wont get big if ya kill him now)

Heck yeah I would shoot cause chances are pretty good that I'd miss anyway so if I'm setting there he's not in much danger. lolol

With the rut just about to "get good", and only one buck tag for Ohio.......Nope. For that matter, I wouldn't in West Virginia either. There is a LOT of season left in both states. That being said..........if someone chose to take the shot, it wouldn't bother me because especially in WV it most likely wouldn't make it through the gun seasons.

What I have learned over the years, for myself, is if I have to even ask myself the question as to whether it is a shooter or not, it isn't.

What if you woke up tomorrow, with only what you thanked God for today ???

I'm 6+ weeks into the bow season with gun opener in 12 days, and no bloody arrows yet. Yup, i'm shooting.

If it look at you like that...I wouldn't... lol
But for me this game is more about meat than antlers. So yes I would take him!
Cheers, and good luck!

I'm drinking from a saucer 'cause my cup has overflowed

Well, after taking this guy a few years ago it would be hard for me to shoot that one. I know there are bigger and older deer in the area. I have seen a lot of sign this year and the corn is now down so, hopefully it will come together soon. I would however draw and then let back down. It is nice to see a younger healthy buck though. That makes 7 good young bucks that I have seen.

Id still let him have it, Unless the freezer was already full with venison.

Both of my freezers are completely full with elk and boar and I don't want to get freezer number three; so I'd havta' pass.

If it were for the meat then yes, but other than that I'd pass, let him grow a little.
