I suppose if there is one  GOOD THING  about Being  SINGLE .......  :goldtooth:

My wife just put a deposit on a new baby horse that costs as much as 10 custom bows. So right now is a good time for those new bows to show up. In the past I've tried many of the methods presented. The bow rack is over flowing so I may have to resort to under the guest bed. I have promised to sell my least favorite.

Wow... And somehow I felt alone regarding my wife's objection to ANY outdoor purchases.  Somehow its symbolic of me being gone hunting? This is like therapy for me.  Glad to hear I'm not alone.

However, I have found out the hard way that sometimes its better to take your lumps on the front end and stick to your guns.  I have had her "discover" stuff and OH MAN, did the crap hit the fan.   :)

I made the sort of mistake of getting my wife into trad.  She sees my new bows but says nothing.....until she wants a new one and springs it on me!!  Caution they may be setting you up!!??

I put a small mark inside my wife's shoes as they seem to appear more often than Tracy's pronghorns. The key is to be on the offensive. If she's always explaining new shoes, there's no time for bow investigations.    :nono:

I have a large stock of old bow shipping tubes, drainpipes & long boxes on the front porch. I always give shipping instructions to 'Leave it with the rest' & I give my Mail Carrier a big bottle of Brandy come Christmas  ;)

All you need to do is plan ahead, think outside the box & be born a proper sneaky bastard.

So, what I'm getting here, is that buying a new bow is a lot like hunting with a bow? Concealment, stealth, and knowledge of the terrain?

The question then becomes - which is harder?
