I've never used one, but I have to say that you cannot beat a Bitzenburger.  I know they are expensive, but it's a one time investment.  I've used a Jo-Jan and a Bearpaw jig in the past and they don't hold a candle to the Bitz in my opinion.  It's a fantastic tool.  Good luck with whatever you choose.

Bought one, tried it. It worked okay. Returned it and bought a Bitz. Bitz is much slower but much cleaner.

I have 2 az ez's. I think they work great.

I also have two. They work fine for me, no complaints.

this is all subjective stuff and most any fletcher will get the job done.  

HOWEVER, my personal subjective opinion is that the ez fletch is anything but easy.  it's a very different design that uses 3 integral clamps and that's where the problem lies - it's not very adaptive or positive with feather fletching, it was really initially meant for vanes, it will not offer the larger range of helical, offset and number of fletch adjustments (both three and four fletch - nor will it do 2 fletch, should you ever wish to test those waters) that come standard with any good single clamp fletching jig.  

i humbly submit that you would do lots better with a single clamp fletcher, and not a bitz.    any polycarb fletcher such as the grayling or bohning pro (about $32 for either) will work perfectly for more than a few lifetimes, and the intial cost is less than the ez and nearly three times less than a bitz.    

while yer at it, if yer not already using fletch tape, add that to your buy list and fletch faster/easier than with glue alone.

I agree Rob about Az ez not being adaptive.  I'm going to pick up a single clamp fletching jig for doing some fluflu's and other fletches. I picked up my az ez's for 19.99 each so it was cheap. I had it working flawless by the 2nd arrow. I got 2 of them so when one is drying I can load the other one. I can fletch a dozen arrows in less than an hour. For me I think they are quick and ez but I haven't used the single clamp style yet.
