Since I while I wasn't quite satisfied with how my arrows flow. Well, they flew all-right,hitting what I wanted but were always not straight in the target; nock to the left, point to the right, no matter what I tried, no matter carbon or wood. It couldn't be a too weak spine, bacuase I bareshfted my setup to the perfection...
I thought I was sure my drawlenght was 29 inches, that was the lenght I bareshafted with... a year ago.
Today I measured my drawlength again and to my astonishment it had gone up to.... 31,3 inches. That's right almost 2,5 inch up in one year on the same bow...
2,5 inch means 12,5 lbs more in spine. Now I have to start all over again...moving over from Goldtips 3555 to Goldtips 5575 and a much higher spine for my woodies.

I also have discovered my draw length has gone up. I have always drawn 28" but latly I have been drawing my 29.25" arrows clear to the head. Not sure how that works as everything else is shrinking,  

Something that opened my eyes on draw length measurement. Someone posted a while back to get it while shooting, not with a marked arrow on a light weight bow.( I had previously used the clothes pin on the shaft method) So I, thinking I had a 27" dl marked my shafts at 27". I had a friend, "just watch me shoot, don't say anything, just watch me shoot". After shooting for quite a while he told me that I was drawing 26.25" when shooting good.. Try it, might surprise you, did me.

would i need to check my drawlength even more often considering im a teenager and im growing like crazy?

If you're going through a growth spurt then I woulds but unless its affecting arrow flight or you really start to notice over drawing the arrow then it should be fine. Also, if you're really growing like crazy, try keeping your arrows a bit longer until your done, save you some time and money.

I have noticed that I really have to watch short drawing. Going to put on a clicker before I even bare shaft tune my arrows this time.

I too have found myself a bit longer in draw length recently.

Thought myself to be a 27" draw but started noticing some flight issues; I thought it was just me needing to tune my equipment so I did by changing how many strands of string I use & BH.

Just taken my ACI course where I was measured not only my wing span but actual drawing my recurve & I now draw 28"

Go figure.
