Went out to the public land where I have a stand and about 5:00 a nice doe came by at 15yds. Tradbowr was in a stand to the East about 500 yrds so I gave him a call. I told him I had hit one and he was nice enough to quit hunting and give me a hand. It it always nice to hunt with a friend. In the pic. that is how we found it and that is exit wound. The PCHX is 50@28 and I was using 35/55 GT's with a 50grn insert and a 150grn Stinger buss cut.

Nice shooting Ranger3.  May I ask which piece of public land?  I've hunted Chain-O-Lakes SP, Lowden-Miller SF and Franklin Creek.  No sucess yet.  Again, nice shooting.

You guys that hunt and are successful on public land are the real deal. Anyone can kill deer on my private land. Great job.
