I am leaving Oct. 22-24 for Iowa, my hunt'n bud is flying out on Oct 29, for a week. We will be hunting in zone 4, just West of I-35, Decatur and Ringgold counties. I need a "Plan B", if by chance I fill my Iowa tag early. Harrison county, Mo is just South of our hunting area: any public hunting area within 30 minutes/one hour drive of Lamoni, Iowa.

Any and all information is appreciated, for Ia or Mo.

Go to the Missouri Department of Conservation's website,  http://mdc.mo.gov/hunting-trapping   On the right-hand side of the page towards the bottom there is a place where you can search for public hunting ground by county.
