Knife scales to match your riser

Tim meigs made mea great bow 15years ago.  I asked him to save me scraps he had from the riser.  I made a knife and used the scraps to make the scales. It is a beautiful set of twins.  Means a lot to have that blade on my belt with the bow in my hand.  Ask your next custom made bowyer bow to send you some scraps to personalize a knife.  Sorry no pics

Like this one Skip? I have had a knife maker hook me up with a number of custom knives just as you say. Makes a great set. KHalverson is a tradganger and does fine work.

I got the sight window cutout from my Brackenbury Quest for just such a thing. My buddy is a cusom knife maker (luck me). He cut slabs from the cutout and made the handle for a Buck folder. Really nice.

Exactly what I did on my last two bows.
Time is a great teacher, but unfortunately it kills all its pupils.
