i believe that arrow would have went all the way through if it wouldnt have hit the far shoulder.

Can't say enough about that. Congrats to Billy and his dad on a job well done. I'd say, that 40# longbow was plenty. A sharp broadhead on a well placed arrow will flat put'um down. Now that was exciting.  :thumbsup:    :thumbsup:

That was awesome,I can not wait until my boy is old enough to hunt with his longbow,he is doing well at targets,but it will be  afew more seasons until I let him loose on a living animal.Big Congtrats to both of you.

Billy, you are one cool dude! I don't think anything gets you out of focus! Second time you've put the first arrow where it counts. First a gator and now a whitetail buck! Those Alaskan brown bears better look out!!
