I wanted to et some, i ordered in Februar on the phone, never got the promised payment request, called twice again no request. all emails unanswered.

I really like the products from their looks and would love to get some but it seems like the Asbells dont wanna sell to me.   :(

Been looking forward to wearing mine out to the woods that I purchased in Kazoo this year.

G'day Axel,

I know what you mean mate. I recently wanted to order some items from them also and emailed asking some questions first and I got a reply from Fred via his personal email. I immediately placed my order and that was the last I heard for approximately a month. The money was deducted from my account when my order was placed I might add. I sent a number of emails in that time and to date not one reply.

After just over a month I got a request via PayPal to pay extra freight (which I had emailed about) and I paid the extra and some days after after I got notification again through PayPal that my items were shipped.

They are nice people and are obviously busy but I think they need to improve their communications with their customers. With us both being overseas email is the easiest form of communication but it's no good if we don't get replies.

As it turned out my goods arrived three days before I left for my recent hunting trip and nearly six weeks after ordering them. One item was a GFA quiver I needed for my hunt and I must say it did work excellent.

So mate perhaps give them one more try and politely tell them how disappointed you are with their service. I hope it all works out well for you.

Remember that some of their stuff is hand made when ordered, (like their possibles bags) so it has to be made before it is sent out shipping.

My stuff was just books and the quiver Jake. That aside a short email reply isn't a lot to ask for. Also saumensch's problems have been continuing for a period of over six months.
