do you use  face paint or a camo net

A head net has not caused me a problem yet.

I use both....and sometimes neither....

I selected face paint, because if I could only use one, that would be my preferance.  However, I use a net more often than I do face paint due to the ease of removal.  I do not like the sound damping qualities of a camo net.  I am hard of hearing and need as little interferance as I can get.  When I don't have to worry about getting all the paint out of my ears, eyes, hair, etc, for the rest of the day, I use paint of various sorts.  Still haven't found any that I REALLY like, so I settle on the old army compacs most of the time.

I always wear a hat, so for the past five or six years I've worn a 3/4 camo face net while hunting.  I've always wanted to try face paint and even bought some last year, but never used it.  If I happen to arrow a critter, I want to be able to take the face net off and not have anything on my face in the pictures.

I like a half net. I tried the camo paint and it made a mess when I started sweating. I will never use camo face paint again.

Is there a secret easy way to remove the paint? I've heard moisturizer before application helps but haven't tried it.

I have used baby oil in the past.

burnt cork (goes under face paint I think)

I cant shoot with anything against my face.

Personally I use costume makup that can be applied with a sponge. It resists moisture and is not greasy at all.

I'm a facepaint guy...I've been using the Camo FX brand of facepaint and love the stuff.  Super fast aplication as you just twist and put on like a mini deodarant.  And comes off just as easy w/ a baby wipe.  Awesome stuff!

I use the net.I like to go out for lunch.Sit and eat.

I used to always wear a net when I shot a compound bow 'cause it was less messy, but now I don't like how it "interferes" with my anchor... so I use face paint now and keep a pack of baby wipes in the truck.

I like the idea of face paint but use a net.

I hate when it is cold the net freezes and I have a hard time spitting.

usually i keep the net up around my hat and then pull it down when game is approaching.

I like the face net   early in the fall season   cause it helps with the bugs  Later I like the face paint   more freedom of sight .
BUT now that I have changed my shooting anchor  slighty after some instrucion,  the head net  MAY be out  Havnt tried it YET  but will

Net for me only,always. Paint is a mess,stinks,and takes away time I can use
walking to my stand in the A.M.
