I pulled a bonehead move and used super glue (Gorilla with blue cap) to install 2 HIT inserts in a new batch of arrows. I didn't learn the first time, so I tried again. I'm afraid I ruined both arrows.

The glue hardened so fast, I couldn't get the inserts completely in. These are full length shafts and cutting isn't an option since I have a long draw.

Is there any way to get the inserts out, or are the arrows toast?

You can try dropping in a drill bit into the shaft and using it as a slide hammer.  I have tried it with the small dia shafts and could never get it to work, it may work for you.

Just as above I use a 8" section of brass rod and flick arrow towards floor - 2 or 3rd flick and even the toughest one fly out. DON'T try this in front of TV - sucker flys about with some force when it does come out.

+1 on the drill bit.  Works for me every time.  You have to sling it pretty hard and make sure you're aimed in a safe direction when the glue fails.

Arghhh!  Drill bits didn't work.  That gorilla stuff must be strong.  Oh well...it appears that one of the arrows can still be used for a stumper if I stick a blunt on it.

When I was using the gorilla 5 minute epoxy I was able to get them out with a 22 cal ram rod by putting the ram rod handle on the work bench and then sliding the arrow shaft down on it. Or just shoot them into wood with a field point and yank on them a whole bunch seems to work, too.

The drill bit idea has repeatedly worked for me. Kind of flick it or snap it a bit like a whip.
(Towards the ground or a safe direction) of course.

put some water in a glass ,put in microwave for 3 minutes, use potholder to take glass out of microwave,if you got a heavy target point put on insert soak point of arrow in water for 30 seconds might take 2 setups to get water and point hot enough....take plyers and pull out insert....works for me...has not hurt my carbon shafts....

I use Gorilla Glue and have had success heating the metal tip enough to allow the insert to be removed. Run the shaft under cold water after the heating works great!

Yep, HEAT will break the bond of the Impact Resistant Gorilla Glue...I screw a fieldpoint into the insert then tighten the tip into a vise to hold it. I then heat the tip of the fieldpoint with a burzomatic torch( careful not to hit the shaft or use to much heat)....apply pressure by pulling back on the shaft and lightly twist it at the same time....this has worked for a every time...just take it slow and dont get carried away with the heat.

The hot water didn't work.  I'll have to try the torch trick when I have access to one.

The torch will work. Just be careful pulling it out. I shoot gold tips and sometimes the inside sprialing will start pulling out. Has to be just the right amount of heat. Test often by pulling with pliers on the field point until it start pulling, then give a tad more heat, then cool with water.
