Okay, maybe not, but I'm no less proud of it.

Six months of daily shooting, critiquing, and general frustration culminated this morning in one glorious moment. After a brief battle with the dog for one of her favored tennis balls, I strung it up on the target to begin my daily routine of "close but no cigar."

I nocked an arrow on my new found love (a 64" 45# Bamabows Elite Classic) knelt down, drew back, and let her fly...

Now, lately I've been grouping roughly 6" at 15 yards, which isn't bad by any stretch. A kill shot on a whitetail either way you look at it, but I knew I could do better...

I immediately felt it as I watched the arrow sink into that bright green orb dangling on a string. 2 weeks to go, and I am ready.

Awesome with you guys around no tennis ball is safe. They may end up on an endangered species list if yall aint careful. Good job.

Thanks Kelly. It does seem to be quite an epidemic as of late.

Just went out, second shot of the day and skewered it again at 20 yards... I'll pay for this tomorrow when I'm off by a foot or more.
