I have a Ben Pearson Cougar #7050 and was wondering
if anyone could give me information on the bow?

I'm guessing it's a 62" recurve. If so, then it was made back in the late 60's/early 70's.

I have a left handed one if you want a matching sister bow.

Good shooting bows! Personally I think Pearson bows tend to be underrated.

All I can tell you about those is I like 'em.  Those, the Mustang, the palomino, all awesome design and smooth to shoot.

I have a 45lb one that I love. Shoot it all year long because it is such a joy to shot.  The brace height I all most 8 inches and no hand shock. Not fast flight ready as far as I know.

Had a Cougar...  shot like it cost $$$$$$ but didn't...   really liked that little bow.

I have one also and it seems to be a good shooter just a few pounds heavier than I like to shoot. I get it out once in awhile and shoot it just to warm up with it in case she would take a trip to the woods with me.

A 62", RH 45# Cougar was my first hunting bow. Mom bought dad a "kit" with the bow and I think 3 Cedar arrows with Deadhead broadheads. Dad gave it to me the same day Mom gave it to him.

I killed the first live deer I ever saw in my life with that bow, October, 1970 in Brown County Indiana. I was 16 years old. Dad couldn't believe I had killed a deer (5-point) with a bow. He had been hunting them for 3-4 years with a rifle (Kentucky) and never killed one.

I had one of those hoodless Kwikee Quivers snapped on the limbs.
