Hey guys, I have tried to set up a hog hunting trip for the last several years but it hasn't worked out. Well last winter I got married and this summer my wife asked If I wanted to go down to florida this winter to get away from the cold up in Michigan for a week. I told her I would if I could stop and hog hunt in georgia on the way down! Well that worked so now i'm looking for a good place to hog hunt for a day or two on the way down to the beach. Any suggestions on an outfitter? I have never hunted there so would appreciate any input!

What part of Florida are you going to? You can sure hunt hogs down here, we have plenty.

I think its called sanibel island

There are areas to hunt hogs not too far from Sanibel near the glades I believe. We saw some advertising when I was down there on Marco Island last August. I can't remember any names off the top of my head. Larry Surtees is down in Florida, but more northerly. Maybe he can give you a few ideas.

Sanibel is a great place to take the kids if you have any. My neighbors vacation on Sanibel every summer.
