Great video!  I'm looking forward to your HI video when it comes out.

Have you ever tried using cable ties (zip ties) instead of serving thread?  They would be a few grains heavier but would serve the same purpose and would eliminate several steps from your system. Just a thought.

I've used small zip ties in the past but wasn't happy with them. This method is much better IMO..
