Ron LaClair

This was in my brother in-laws hunting cabin some years ago. Someone yelled that there was a mouse running along the top of the wall. I grabbed my bow and a blunt arrow and from across the room pinned him to the wall ON THE RUN. If you'll notice, there's a framed picture just below the mouse. I never noticed the picture because I was concentrating on the mouse..   :archer2:  A good shot or just very lucky...you be the judge..   :D

Killdeer

LimBender, that is what I would have done!
(Most taxidermists wouldn't have a form for that, and a custom form would be way too expensive.)

Killdeer
Note to self, never run a straight track from Ron.   :scared:
Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.

So, how many pound bow does it take to kill a mouse?  Pure instinct is great when it works ain't it?
