Often times a routine change will highlight weaknesses. Have been shooting walk backs this week from 5 yards to 25 yards in 5 yard increments.  Many rounds were getting closer and more consistent, but not on the mark.

I was noticing that my balance was compromised.
Last night I made a minor modification to my form in order to improve balance. The change was made just prior to dark and I only tested it out on a dozen arrrows at 15 yards. As with virtually any form modification, things may feel a little odd. The initial feeling was slightly uncomfortable, however the results proved otherwise. This morning I started out with the new form modification and dozen rounds at 10 and 15 yards. All seemed solid. Then I started my walk back session.

Below are the results from my 1st and only round. I was excited. Normally I don't publish these kind of pics. Since I had been working at this for a week, it was the great feeling of success which led to cutting this session short.

Good Shooting. Sometimes changes are for the better even though they may not initially seem like it.
