What type of quiver do you prefer?
Jesus Saves (ROM 10:13)

BWD

Side quiver on the ground...quick detach bow quiver up a tree. Voted side quiver since that's what I really prefer.

Night Wing

With a GFA type quiver; when I'm scouting I use it as a back quiver, but if I spot game and then try a stalk, I'll use it as a side quiver.

I voted "side" quiver.

I voted "side quiver," but the quiver I use, the Safari Tuff, is more of a back quiver that you draw from the side, and there wasn't really an option for that.

Huntingnut

I use Selway quivers.I've always been happy with them.

Shedrock

I voted bow quiver, but also use a Bison Gear back quiver that attaches to my pack. My bow quiver is a 2 arrow.

On the bow. I tried a side quiver once. I was a chore to keep it from hanging on brush and making noise while stalking hogs.

I like the looks of that 2 arrow quiver.  Who makes it?

cacciatore

Bow quiver for me since I am mostly a stalker in the mountains with a bulky backpack.I don't carry more than 4 arrows so the weight is not so bad.

I don't care for bow quivers but I think I will use one on my Elk hunt this year. I like the grab it and go type set up. The results are just what I thought they would be. I voted side quiver!
In the beginner's mind there are many possibilities. In the expert's there are few...So the most difficult thing is always to keep your beginner's mind...This is also the real secret of the arts: always be a beginner.  Shunryu Suzuki

I tried for years to avoid bow quivers for many reasons now I would not hunt with out one

The weight helped me shoot and for moving thru thickets they are the best I am a bow quiver guy now

I have used bow quivers for most of my bowhunting life. I remove the quiver when I am situated in the tree stand.

This year I might just change though. The used Habu I bought came with a bowquiver made for the Habu-it would be a shame not to use it. The quiver comes off very easily. However, the washers and screws would be difficult to keep from losing if I treated it as a removable quiver.

skilonbw

I have not liked a bow quiver for a while with the weight of the arrows throwing my shooting off alttle. I have  aback quiver but for the long length arrow I use since I have a 30.5" draw they sit high and get caught on trees when still hunting.

Dan in KS

Tried a bunch.  Have settled on a Great Northern.

Thumper Dunker

Home made side quiver thats easy to take off When I need to get low real fast.
You can hop but you can't hide.

same thing but I turned My Cat 1 into a side quiver. I can wear it both ways.
