my house is down on the tip just beside the lake:)

When I finally made it up to the top I was greeted by an eagle that did fly over me and making some welcome screams:

You surely are Blessed to live in such a beautiful place. Those berries look tasty! They look like yellow/orange Rasberrys. I don't see any bushes around, do they grow on the ground like Strawberrys? Thanks for the pics!

The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

What an ugly spot to live! Too bad you can't live in Oklahoma where the temperatures have been up to 113 degrees Fahrenheit lately (45 degrees Celsius). Also, none of those horrible mountain views you have shown. We do have a few eagles though. You would have to show off while I am inside my air-conditioned house trying to stave off the heat outside. Actually, it is pretty out there, as long as I can look at it though my windows. All I can say is to wait until October and November when I am out hunting in beautiful, sunshiny weather and you suffering in the dark and cold. That will make me feel better!!    :readit:    :bigsmyl:

Margly,

You do understand that I am wishing I were there in Norway right now, right? Sometimes the humor is lost in translation.    :smileystooges:

Your home is in one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen!

Thanks friends:)

The cloudberrys is growing on the ground like wild strawberry and are highly tasteful.
Yes I'm blessed that live in these surrondings.
Tomorrow I will go with my wife and daughters to pick cloudberrys in the mountains, really looking forward to that:)

hmmm, Cloudberry pie.....  We have huckleberries here in the mountains of Oregon that we pick in the fall.
My ancestors were Norwegian. Everytime I see pictures such as your Margly I want to travel there and see it for myself. Very beautiful part of the world.
Isaiah 49:2...he made me a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver.

I love that pic and scenery.  I wonder if it has anything to do with being just two generations removed form Norway myself.  Thanks for sharing.

Spent some time in Norway training back in 92. First iceberg I ever saw. Great scenery and people you have there.

The natural features there tug at your heart and make your spirit scream at you to explore! The land still has the fingerprints of God on it, and we are the richer for having gazed upon it.

Thank you!

Long, long afterward, in an oak I found the arrow, still unbroke;
And the song, from beginning to end, I found again in the heart of a friend.
