After the St. Judes Auction I received a p.m. asking me for my addy by Cyclic-Rivers (Charlie Janssen) because he had something for me.  I had bid on one of his gaffs.  I didn't win.  A short while ago one showed up in the mail from him.

Thanks Charlie, it is getting a workout.  That is really some gaff!

Charlie and Adkmountainken cam over to shoot today and Charlie got there at 9 am....with his smoker in the pick-up. Let me tell you, not only can he make a gaff and make sure everyone gets one...but he can smoke some ribs as well as anyone. Shooting, few cold ones afterwords, and a pile of ribs....great day! I should have taken a picture!!  

Charlie is top notch for sure!!!! boy if he ever put up a rack of ribs for the St Judes auction i bet you would see some action on the bidding front!!!! still recovering from all i ate this afternoon!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Met Charlie when we went to Rays' together,great guy to travel and hunt with. Later bought a bow from him through the TG classifieds and he sent me 2 bows! The one I had bought and 1 for my Grandsons.That's what I love about Tradgang,getting to meet people like Charlie

Charlie is a great guy, and just a person that likes to surprise others when they least expect it. Anyone that comes out of Wisconsin has to top Notch!
