My mouth is watering. I'd invite ya'll up to Maine for the 4th...but it's kinda back woods and I'd be afraid ya'll get lost or eaten by a bear. Better play it safe and just eats these ribs ourselves

when do you put the sauce on? right before the foil?

I'll be ribbing tomorrow. Also I have a bullet style grill with a broken thermometer. I can put a tray of water in to make for indirect heat.

When do you recommend I add the wood chips? right before the foil?

They came out good! You were right, no need for sauce, glad I saw that before I went to the grill.
