Then i have to carry all of the cherry wood that we will need.

Then we will get the fire ready.

OK, first question, what's your secret recipe  

:no no: Just put them on the smoker but there is a twist.I have a friend who is 11 years old name is Cody who has brain cancer the top rick is for him he lovers Fatty's BBQ .

The secrete is 1 hour 40 minutes uncovered and then wrap in foil for about another 3 1/2 hours or until the bones start to show.Later i will show this.The temp is kept around 260 deg.  :D

I'm planning on doing some ribs this year on the grille so I'm taking notes.

There is lots of work to do and he is doing a great job.Eagleeye is having fun being the pit master.

Eugene if you are trying to do them on the grill you need to cover them with rub and keep the heat low and keep flipping them until they are golden brown and then wrap in foil.Keep turning them because its easy to burn them on the grill.The foil will make them super moist and they wont be dry.And it only takes about 1 1/2 hours on the grill.Try to make a wood chip container so they will get some flavor.  :D

Now its time to check.

They look perfect now its time to foil.

Thanks for the heads up longbowben, figured there was a different way of doing it on a grille but since this would be my first time I'm what you would say a newb on it.
