shoot.......maybe you can put a boxing glove on the end of those telephone pole shafts and knock em out then measure them to decide if they are "keepers" or not?

Whack and release bowhunting!

......and Im not saying a WORD about feeling like a weenie now-a-days.

My 80 lb Wasp and 76lb Fred Anderson are long gone.

Bet that combo of yours would be fun to take in a check station here in Indiana with a deer you took.......just to see their faces!! HEHEHE

Go get em, Pardner!!

God Bless
Slow

PS......Ive got a few 2440 shafts here, if you can find inserts for them should you wish to take your arrow weight up to something "heavy"   :goldtooth:

Well than, go get em !! No wonder I get charged up over these is 40# enough post, I've found low to mid 70#'s fine for me, but must uv gotten caught up in the 55#'s plenty, Heck, I think I may be gettin stronger as I get older, or maybe it's all the shootin I do, like working out I guess, muscle's get stale if ya dont use em, Im always undecided on wt# when I order a Bow, always go for mid to high 50#'s at my draw to be "safe" and realize Im somewhat underbowed afterwards, Have fun with her Rob, Im sure you'll be fine ...

Your set-up is a little light at 11.3 gpp.

I too, would lack confidence until exceeding 12 gpp.

I'd use the same set-up if I could just figure out how to properly hold the bow with my feet as I pull with both hands? If it works for ya...shoot it!

Last time I tried shooting a bow that heavey my buddy said he didn't see one bit of play in my flight as he pulled me out of the target.  :saywhat:
