High.......(what you mean WHEN I miss anyway? No one is supposed to KNOW!)

Ive missed exactly ONE deer in 4 decades shooting low......short draw clear over on my right side. Great big ding dang buck.....grr.

Heavier arrows and slower (old) bows have helped.

SLOWbowke...heehee

I would have to say high. I just don't miss the deer it is the deer is not there when the arrow arrives. In other word it ducked.

All America lies at the end of the wilderness road, and our past is not a dead past, but still lives in us.  "Lonesome Dove"

I usually hunt elk exclusively. They are big animals. You'd think they would be easy to hit... But being large in size and screaming at you can make you misjudge things sometimes. The one I missed I shot over him, he ran away, I bugled him back to the exact same spot, shot under him, he ran away, I bugled him back...third time was a charm. I was worn out by then! Deer I don't seem to have any problems with though.
Isaiah 49:2...he made me a polished arrow and concealed me in his quiver.

When I miss most any shot animal or not that is 20-25 yards I would say 80% are high. Shawn
